The Job
Objectives:
Ensures that our internal and external customers are taken care of according to the Amgen’s policies and procedures.
Ensures that all the orders are processed according to the customers’ specific instructions and conditions.
Position Specific Tasks:
- Ensures that our internal and external customers are taken care of according to the Amgen’s policies and procedures.
- Ensures orders are processed according to customer instruction and conditions.
- Provides excellent customer and product service; ensures customers are satisfied.
- Processing of sales orders on a daily basis.
- Monitoring shipments and pro-actively respond on potential issues.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Handle and resolve service and transport issues.
- Coordinate and execute return process.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal/external customers (affiliate, physician, pharmacist, wholesaler, hospital, distributor etc and the ABR departments).
- Develop and maintain good relationship with (local) service providers.
- Stock monitoring Local Service Providers.
- Represent Customer Service in cross functional project teams.
- Ensure country specific support during business hours including call handling.
- Within self-steering teams responsible for the day-to-day business.
- Provide back-up support within self-steering teams.
- Identify process improvements.
- Provide input for the monthly country KPIs.
- Ensure knowledge of GMP/GDP and job related training is up to date.

Basic Qualifications / Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related area.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience in customer service or sales.
- Ability to multi task and work within diverse, international group of people.
- Affinity with computer work.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Customer focused.
- Fluency in English and Dutch AND French, both in oral and written communication.
- Ensure quality.
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements:
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Service department.
- Computer skills and ERP experience.
- Experience with issue handling in a logistic environment.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to set priorities.
