seeks suitable candidates with Dutch and English language to join the
customer centre in Prague.
Job description
- Customer Care – contact with clients via phone calls and e-mails
- Preparing individual holiday offers
- Managing customer requests with the partner on destination
- Follow up clients online bookings
- Collection – checking payments before start of holidays
We Require:
- Fluent English
- Fluent Dutch
(Also combination of English with German or French)
- Flexibility (possible shifts routine and some of the weekends)
- Excellent communications skills
- good MS knowledge
- Strong team player
