Required Skills/Background:
1. Responsible for internal expatiates recruitment
2. Responsible for whole process of the recruitment, from advertising , short listing ,interview to making job offer.
3. Search suitable website or media for recruitment purpose.
4. Collect, abstract and screen resumes to recommend to functional heads. The criterion of judging the resume should be communicated with the Director.
5. Organize interviews ,design interview questions, master the interview
6. Improve the process of recruitment .
Starting date: June 2011
Duration: One year contract, contract can be extended after one year successful employment.
